B. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2018-16, approving the water main easement agreement with the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County

C. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2018-17, approving the water main easement agreement with the Winfield Township Road District

D. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2018-18, amending the City Code to prohibit parking on the east side of Talbot Avenue, north of Calumet Avenue West

E. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, waive second reading, and pass ordinance O2018-19, approving the sanitary sewer plat of easement on the Kleinman property

H. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, and pass resolution R2018-17, approving the Letter of Understanding with the Illinois Department of Transportation for maintenance of sidewalks 

I. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2018-18, approving the contract with James J. Benes and Associates, Inc. for Diehl Road turn lane improvements phase II final engineering services in an amount of $50,815

J. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and endorse the Lexington Trace townhome subdivision street width reductions recommended in the staff memo, dated May 10, 2018 

K. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation, waive bid requirements, and authorize the purchase of a replacement server from AVI Systems, Inc. in the amount of $24,484

L. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and endorse a policy statement prioritizing the City’s review and processing of building permits and development applications that include private solar installations

M. Accept Community Development Committee recommendation and direct staff to install and remove the floral planters for WIB in 2018 only, and analyze the actual effort involved in doing so

N. Receive and file minutes of the Environmental Advisory Commission regular meeting held on April 17, 2018

O. Receive and file draft minutes of the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting held on May 10, 2018

P. Receive and file report of invoices paid up to May 16, 2018, in the amount of $73,381.49 

Q. Authorize expenditures for invoices due on or before June 4, 2018, in the amount of $271,409.81
