Police Announce Toys for Tots Campaign

Toys for Tots
Since 1995, the Warrenville Police Department has participated in the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program by being a donation drop-off site for the DuPage County Marine Corps League. Now through noon on Friday, December 15, new unwrapped toys for children between the ages of birth and 15-years may be dropped off at the Police Department, 3S245 Warren Avenue. Donations will be accepted during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Donations of any size and for any age are welcome, but there is a special emphasis on ages nine through fifteen. If you are donating items for younger children, please avoid items that may lead to a choking hazard. Monetary donations will not be accepted at the Police Department, but can be made directly through the Toys for Tots website (choose Local Campaign Designation: IL-Warrenville).

If you have questions regarding the Toys for Tots campaign, please contact Detective Pasciak at 630-393-2131. Toys collected will be distributed to DuPage County children in need, and so, with your generosity, each child will have an opportunity to experience the joy of Christmas!
