The Engineering Division of the Community Development Department oversees the adoption, revision and enforcement of the Warrenville Subdivision Control and Zoning Ordinances,  DuPage County Stormwater and Flood Plain Ordinance, and Cantera Development Control Regulations (DCRs).  Primary responsibilities include coordinating

• the review of development related civil engineering, public improvement cost estimates, photometric plans, and stormwater management/flood plain permit applications,
• inspection of new privately constructed infrastructure improvements,
• collection and tracking of letter of credit, construction escrows and cash deposits posted to secure the proper construction of required public improvements.
