Signs outside of Cantera Development: Permanent and temporary sign regulations can be found in the Warrenville Sign Ordinance – Title 8, Chapter 6 of the City Code. Signs in Cantera Development: Sign regulations applicable to properties in Special District - Cantera Development (S-D zoning) can be found in the Cantera Development Control Regulations – Section VI.D. Where Cantera regulations conflict with the Sign Ordinance, the Cantera regulations apply. Additional sign regulations and limitations approved as part of Planned Unit Development for individual properties/subdivision in Cantera may apply. Permit Requirements: All Permanent and some Temporary signs in the City of Warrenville require Building Permits.
