The Plan Commission is responsible for either decisions or recommendations to the City Council on planning and zoning-related requests including, Planned Unit Development (PUD), PUD Amendments, Subdivisions, Special Use, Rezoning, Comprehensive Plan, etc. The Plan Commission consists of nine members including a Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary. This Commission is composed of citizens who serve as appointed volunteers, and are a recommending body. Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals are combined meetings at City Hall on Thursdays following first and third Mondays of each month. The meetings start at 7:00 p.m. The meeting agendas can be found under Calendar.
