The Zoning Board of Appeals is responsible for either decisions or recommendations to the City Council with issues related to Zoning Variances and Appeals. This board consists of seven members that serve concurrently on the Plan Commission and is composed of citizens who serve as appointed volunteers, and are a recommending body. Zoning Board of Appeals and Plan Commission are combined meetings held at City Hall on Thursdays following first and third Mondays of each month.
