Proposed resubdivision and development of an approximately 13-acre property located on the west side of Landon Avenue, east of the Illinois Prairie Path, north of the private Point Oak Drive and south of the private Amber Lane.

The development consists of twelve-lot (ten new vacant buildable lots) detached single-family residential subdivision, a stormwater management detention facility, a new public cul-de-sac street, and a new public sidewalk. All new residential lots would be served by City of Warrenville public water and sewer. The property is zoned R-1A Low Density/Semi-Urban Residential District.

Project Status: 
Formal public hearings for this proposal were conducted by the Plan Commission at the September 4, October 23 and November 6, 2008, Plan Commission meetings. At the November 6, 2008 meeting, the Plan Commission closed the public hearing, deliberated and subsequently recommended conditional approval of the proposed subdivision. The City Council accepted the Plan Commission's recommendation and approved the Ordinance at their November 17, 2008, and December 1, 2008 meetings, respectfully.
