Request for approval of a minor amendment to the approved PUD plans and documents that would allow for an approximately 26,000-square foot assembly and office space addition to the existing 30,696-square foot plant building, together with related site improvements on the property commonly known as 4250 Weaver Parkway. 

This property is located at the northeast corner of Diehl Road and Weaver Parkway in Subarea H (Lot 9) of Cantera. It is zoned S-D (Special Development District) with a Light Industrial Park Use Area designation. This property encompasses approximately 6.2 acres.

Project Status: 
A request for a Minor Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment to the previously approved final PUD plans and documents was approved as Resolution #2016-001 (Resolution to Memorialize Plan Commission Approval of Minor PUD Amendment for Expansion) at the January 7, 2016, Plan Commission meeting. 

A building permit was issued in February 2016 for the proposed addition. This project is currently under construction as of November 2016.
