The project includes the development of an approximately 20.86-acre property with a residential subdivision consisting of approximately 21 residential buildings with 106 single family attached units (townhouses), associated stormwater management facilities, private open space, and new public streets. The property is located west of Route 59, south of Butterfield Road and north of Estes.
