Lexington Trace Subdivision

This project entails the development of an approximately 20.86-acre property with a residential subdivision consisting of approximately 21 residential buildings with 106 single family attached units (townhouses), associated storm water management facilities, private open space, and new public streets. The property is located west of Route 59, south of Butterfield Road and north of Estes Street.

Project Status: 
The Plan Commission conducted a formal Public Hearing on June 22 and July 20, 2017, and forwarded a recommendation to City Council for approval of Preliminary PUD Plans. City Council passed Ordinance O2017-47 on August 7, 2017. The Applicant has submitted final engineering and landscape design drawings, which are currently undergoing City review.
