The City of Warrenville offers its residents, government and public access programming on cable station channel 10. The programming on this channel can only be accessed by cable subscribers.

Channel 10 features all Warrenville City Council and Committee of the Whole meetings. These meetings are cablecast live on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. and re-aired throughout the week, per the meeting schedule. School District 200 Board Meetings can be viewed at 11:00 a.m. every Monday. Copies of City Council Meetings can be obtained at the Warrenville Public Library, located at 28W751 Stafford Place or by contacting the City Clerk's office at 630/393-9427.

In addition, the City airs public access community programming submitted by governmental agencies, non-profit entities, community organizations, and local residents. Anyone interested in submitting a program can do so by contacting the City’s Administration Department at 630/393-9427. Public access programming may be reviewed for technical quality and adherence to content guidelines. Residents interested in volunteering to produce community programming can utilize City equipment and facilities. The City owns high quality equipment including a camcorder, tripod, and editing system that can be used for community programming. Use of production equipment must follow the City's equipment usage policy. Programming submitted for government or public access must following the City’s Access Policy Procedures.
