Citizen Comments Anyone interested in speaking publicly at a City Council or Committee of the Whole Meeting is welcome. Citizens are asked to complete a form just prior to the start of the meeting and provide it to the City Clerk. Speakers are limited to three minutes but need not address agenda items only. The citizens’ comments portion of the meeting occurs prior to the business of the meeting. Speakers are allowed to reserve their comments until a specific agenda item is being discussed, if they so choose. While the Council appreciates all questions and comments, it is not prepared to respond to them at the meeting. If you would like a response, please include your question and how we may contact you on the form. Citizens making public comments are asked to approach the podium and use the microphone as well as state their full name and address for the meeting minutes. Committee of the Whole Meeting Schedule Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall as follows: Finance and Personnel: Community Development: Public Safety: Consent Agenda - Omnibus Vote Warrenville's municipal code allows the City Council, by unanimous consent, to take a single vote on any two or more agenda items. These items are listed on the Consent Agenda and can be enacted by one motion. No separate discussion of these items occurs unless a Council member so requests. A Council member will make this request by removing the item from the Consent Agenda so that it can be discussed and voted on separately. Members of the public may petition in writing for an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda as well.
