Project Description:
Proposed assembly and development of an approximately 3.85-acre site with a 71-unit affordable, independent senior living development, including a 78,000-square foot three-story building, 71 surface parking spaces, and associated parking lot lighting, landscaping, and stormwater management improvements.

Project Status:
The preliminary planned unit development (PUD) was approved by Ordinance O2019-40 (PDF) The City Council approved the special use permit for the PUD and Final Plat of Subdivision via Ordinance O2020-11 (PDF) on 3-2-20. During the week of 5-11-20, the Alden Foundation purchased the property. Building permits were issued. Construction is now complete.
