The Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals heard a Courtesy Review Request at the December 8th PC/ZBA meeting. Staff has since received and is reviewing the project's formal submission. The first Public Hearing for this request began at the January 19th, 2023 PC/ZBA meeting and was continued to the February 9th PC/ZBA meeting.
