Water Tower – 500,000 Gallons

Current Status:

As of September 8, 2023, final engineering design is nearly complete. The bid advertisement date and bid opening date have not been determined, yet.

Location:

New 1.12 acre lot, near southwest corner of Thorntons Gas Station at 3S660 Route 59

Scope of Work:

Two lot subdivision with a 500,000 gallon City water tower with an overall tank height of ± 157',  and related pavement in proposed 1.12 acre Lot 2, zoned B-4, Motorist Service District.

Construction Contract Amount:

This project is still in the design stage, and is anticipated to advertise for bids before the end of 2023.
