Summerlakes Square Courts Resurfacing

Current Status: 

Concrete work and pavement patching are complete. Residents have access to their driveways. Milling of the existing asphalt surface is anticipated for the week of September 11, 2023, with asphalt paving to follow.

Location:

At Summerlakes Square Courts Area of Maplewood Drive, Maplewood Court, Cottonwood Court, Dogwood Court, Lindenwood Drive, Linden Square, Wood Court, and Wildwood Court

Scope of Work:

The project involves approximately 1.2 miles of asphalt resurfacing, asphalt pavement patching, sidewalk replacement, curb and gutter replacement, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.

Construction Contract Amount:

Geneva Construction - $1,197,631

Funding Source:

• Capital Maintenance and Replacement Fund
• Community Development Block Grant ($600,000 net cost budgeted)
