Aqua Backflow is mailing a postcard survey to all City water customers this month. This mailing is a biennial requirement of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA).
It takes only a few moments to respond, and there is no cost to you.
Please visit TrackMyBackflow.com within 30 days of receiving the postcard. Click on Water Use Survey. Enter your Site ID # and complete the survey.
