On Wednesday, April 20, 2016, Warrenville police officers responded to the 29W500 block of Country Ridge Drive for an indecent exposure that had just occurred. Prior to police arrival the offender fled the scene. After a thorough investigation, a suspect was developed and identified as Eric B. Milam, who resides in the same block as the victim. Detectives obtained a complaint and warrant for him, and on May 17, Milam was arrested. Milam was then transferred to the DuPage County Jail where he was charged with one misdemeanor count of Public Indecency. In January of this year, Milam was arrested for and pled guilty to the charge of Indecent Exposure in a similar incident, and pled guilty to that offense.
