[ARCHIVED] Arrests made in last Week's Armed Robbery

On Thursday, December 19, 2019, DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin held a press conference regarding the arrests of three individuals accused of committing recent multiple vehicular hijackings. The arrests made involve the Warrenville incident (Armed Robbery), occurring on December 13, and two Downers Grove incidents, one occurring on November 30, and one occurring on December 13, immediately following the Warrenville incident.  Bond was denied for the two adult male subjects who face multiple charges involving these incidents.  On December 16, one juvenile male arrested on multiple charges was ordered held in custody at a juvenile detention center until his next court appearance in January 2020.  The State announced it's intention to file a motion to transfer the juvenile’s case to Adult Court.

State’s Attorney Berlin thanked and commended the Warrenville and Downers Grove Police Departments, as well as multiple other agencies, for their cooperative and thorough investigative efforts in these cases.  The detailed DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office press release can be read at the link provided below.
