Pace Wants Your Opinion! 

* Pace Suburban Bus is rethinking its network to meet the changing needs of the communities it serves, and you can help shape the future of transit in this area by taking their survey.

* The Pace ReVision project will create a more accessible, equitable, and productive transit system. By reimagining service routes, schedules, and on demand options, this study could lead to significant service updates, starting as early as 2026.

Thanksgiving Closings

* City offices and the Police Department lobby will be closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29.

* Garbage and recycling collection will be delayed by one day. If your regular collection day is Thursday, pick-up will be Friday. If your regular collection day is Friday, pick-up will be Saturday.

* For emergency assistance while the Police Department front lobby is closed, use the red telephone located between the front entrance doors, or dial 9-1-1 from your cell phone. Police emergency response will not be affected.

* Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

Toys for Tots Campaign Runs Through December 11

* Help make this year's Toys for Tots campaign a success!

* DONATE: Unwrapped toys in original packaging, for newborns through 12 years old.

* WHEN: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. until 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11.

* WHERE: Warrenville Police Department, 3S245 Warren Avenue.

* ITEMS ACCEPTED: 

• new unwrapped toys

• hand-held electronics

• jewelry sets

• cosmetics

• arts and crafts

• model kits

• creative/educational toys

• athletic equipment

* DONATE ONLINE: Mark the checkbox for "I'm donating on behalf of a company or organization" and enter "IL-Warrenville" as the "Organization Name" at: Toys for Tots

Help Neighbors in Need

* Donate to Christmas Sharing of Wheaton/Warrenville. This is their 55th year of providing gifts of food, new coats, gift cards, toys, and more to hundreds of local families. 

* This partnership includes all the schools, staff and families of District 200, as well as local businesses, corporate sponsors, community, and civic organizations. 

* They are fundraising through online donations at: Christmas Sharing. All donations to this 501(c)3 organization are tax deductible.
