Black History Month

The City's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness Commission (IDEC) honors federally recognized heritage and history months throughout the year as part of our commitment to building an inclusive community that values diversity.

In February, we recognize Black History Month and pay tribute to the generations of African Americans who struggled with adversity to achieve full citizenship in American society.

IDEC welcomes feedback, ideas, and suggestions to further the mission of inclusivity and respect for all in Warrenville. Submit comments to: idec@warrenville.il.us.
