Share Your Transportation Ideas in New Survey

Have you ever been stuck in traffic? Or couldn't find a safe way to walk in your neighborhood? The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) wants to hear YOUR feedback on where our transportation system needs improvement. 

They will develop a 2026 Regional Transportation Plan that will guide northeastern Illinois to a more reliable, connected, and inclusive transportation system.

Pollinator Blitz Program: Bringing Conservation Home!

🦋🌸 Join The Conservation Foundation for a one-day celebration of pollinators and how to support them in our own backyards! 🌱🌻

📅 Saturday, March 15

⏰ 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

📍 Mayslake Peabody Estate, 1717 31st St, Oak Brook

🌼 What to Expect:

🌱 Expert talks on planting native plants for pollinators

🐝 Hands-on activities, including pollinator garden seed bombs

🌿 Local conservation exhibitors and vendors with nature-inspired art & crafts

🎁 Giveaways, including native plants & a rain barrel raffle

☕ Enjoy coffee and food trucks on-site!

The expo hall is open to the public all day—no registration required! Due to limited space, registration is requested for the educational sessions.

Great news, Warrenville! 🎉 Nextdoor just named the city one of 2025's 20 Friendliest Places to Live in Illinois. 

Nextdoor decided on these rankings by looking at our cost of living, friendliness, and crime/safety reports. 

They say Warrenville is peaceful, family-friendly, and known for its clean environment and safe, dog-friendly parks.
