WELCOME TO FYI WARRENVILLE

A photo of City Hall that says FYI Warrenville

It's Friday and time for the City's weekly recap to help us stay better connected, informed, and prepared.

Let's go…

Water and Sewer Billing Delay

Notice to utility customers: The May 10, 2025 water and sewer bills went out Thursday, May 15. The delay is due to data conversion issues tied to the City’s utility billing system upgrade.

While the bills are still dated May 10, 2025, we have pushed the due date to June 6, 2025.

Thank you for your patience as we make improvements to better serve you.

Help Make Warrenville More Accessible!

The City is working on a plan to improve accessibility on public sidewalks, curb ramps, crosswalks, and transit stops—and we want to hear from you!

* Take a short survey: ADA public access survey

* Add comments to an interactive map

* Stay informed about upcoming events

Your input will help identify barriers and shape future improvements that make it easier for everyone to get around.

Buckle Up, Warrenville!

The Warrenville Police Department is joining the nationwide Click It or Ticket campaign from May 16 to May 27—just in time for Memorial Day travel.

* Buckling up saves lives.

* It’s the law in Illinois.

* And officers will be watching—day and night.

“Seat belt use should be an automatic habit for everyone,” said Sgt. Highland. “It’s not just safe; it’s the law.”

Even though 92% of drivers in Illinois wear seat belts, that last 8% still makes a big difference. Most people killed in crashes weren’t buckled up—especially at night.

Let’s work together to keep our roads safe. Buckle up every time you get in a car, no matter how short the trip.

Call 811 Before You Dig

Have an outdoor project scheduled? This includes:

* trees and shrubs

* fencing

* decks and patios

* swing sets

* landscaping

* mailbox posts

Call 811 before you dig so utility companies can mark your property with paint or flags and you don't accidentally damage an underground line.
