The Community Resource Fair is Saturday, September 13, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Warrenville Public Library.

Connect with organizations that serve our community — from education and health care to home services, recreation, and City government.

WHEN: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13

WHERE: Warrenville Public Library, 28W751 Stafford Pl.

It’s a one-stop chance to learn about programs, ask questions, and take home helpful information.

Meet groups such as Aetna, Little Friends, Metropolitan Family Services, People’s Resource Center, Warrenville Park District, and many others.

The City of Warrenville will be there too, sharing resources and demonstrating the new Citizen Engagement app — your tool to pay bills, apply for permits, and report issues all in one place.

 You can also connect with City Commissions:

BPAC – Bicyclist & Pedestrian Advisory Commission

EAC – Environmental Advisory Commission

TAC – Tourism and Arts Commission

Food and essential items will be available for eligible attendees.

EV Tax Credits expire September 30, 2025.

Coming Up: EV Tax Credits End September 30

Thinking about buying an electric vehicle (EV)? Don’t miss out on federal tax credits before they expire on September 30, 2025.

• Up to $7,500 tax credit for new EVs

• Up to $4,000 tax credit for used EVs

If you’re considering a purchase, check with your dealership or manufacturer and review the IRS guidance to confirm eligibility. 

Requirements may include:

• Buyer’s income

• Cost of the EV

• Where the vehicle is manufactured/assembled

• Source of the battery’s minerals

The City's Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission will have a trail cleanup on Saturday, September 27.

Annual Trail Cleanup Set For Saturday, September 27

Help work together as a community to maintain Warrenville's beautiful trails, pathways, and sidewalks.

The City of Warrenville's Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) seeks volunteers for the annual Fall Trail Cleanup.

The event is 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 27.

Participants will meet at the intersection of Warrenville and Batavia roads at 9:00 a.m.

BPAC will provide trash bags and gloves, but feel free to bring your own.

Did You Know? Warrenville Police Department lobby is an Internet Transaction Safe Zone.

Internet Transaction Safe Zone at Police Department

The Warrenville Police Department lobby is available as a safe, public place for residents to complete online sales and purchases.

📍 Location: Warrenville Police Department lobby, 3S245 Warren Avenue

🕘 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Closed on City holidays)

What to know:

• Officers will not take part in transactions or verify items, payments, or authenticity.

• Firearms, hazardous materials, oversized items, and animals are not permitted.

Using the Safe Zone helps protect both buyers and sellers. Make the Police Department your safe meeting spot for online transactions.
