The City of Warrenville app is now available for download to your smartphone. Pay bills, request service, and more!

City Services Made Easy With Our Citizen Engagement App

We’ve heard your questions — here are a couple of quick clarifications about using the app to pay your utility bill:

Do I have to enter my account number and PIN every time?

No. You only need your PIN the first time you set up your BS&A account. After that, you log in with the user ID and password you created.

* If you choose not to set up an account, you’ll need your account number and PIN each time you pay as a guest.

Where can I find the PIN to my account number?

Find the PIN on the top portion of your water statement to the right of the barcode, in a small font.

Can I use my bank’s online payments (ACH)?

Yes. The system accepts automatic payments from your bank account or credit card once you create an account in BS&A.

Practice the 4Ds of defense against mosquitoes: Drain standing water. Use insect repellent with DEET. Wear long pants and long sleeves. Wear repellent from dawn to dusk.

How to Protect Yourself From West Nile Virus

The DuPage County Health Department (DCHD) confirmed a positive test for West Nile virus in mosquitoes collected from a trap in Warrenville. This is the fifth positive test from this trap this season.

• There are no human cases in Warrenville at this time.

• DCHD has confirmed the first human death related to West Nile virus (WNV) in DuPage County for 2025. There have been 11 human WNV cases reported to date in DuPage County in 2025.

• This means the virus is active in our area, and it’s important to take steps to avoid mosquito bites.

Protect yourself and your family:

• Use EPA-registered insect repellent

• Avoid being outside at dawn and dusk

• Wear long sleeves, pants, socks, and shoes when outdoors

• Make sure doors and windows are closed tightly at night

• Dump out standing water around your home (even small amounts in flower pots or gutters)

• Report standing water that doesn't drain within a week to the Illinois Department of Public Health
