We’re decking the halls for Warrenville’s Merry Market on Friday, December 5!

We’re looking for local makers, bakers, artists, and small businesses to join this festive evening of holiday shopping, music, and cheer. 

Everyone is welcome to apply!

Don’t toss your jack-o’-lanterns: recycle them for a good cause!

Bring your pumpkins to the Warrenville Park District:

WHEN: Friday, November 7

WHERE: Lower level parking lot, 3S260 Warren Avenue 

TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

All pumpkins will be donated to SCARCE for their annual Pumpkin Smash event, where they’ll be composted instead of going to the landfill.

Toys for Tots Donations Accepted Until December 10

Help make the holidays special for DuPage County children by donating a toy or making an online contribution.

WHAT to DONATE: New unwrapped toys in original packaging for newborns through age 12

WHEN: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., through Wednesday, December 10

WHERE: Warrenville Police Department (front lobby), 3S245 Warren Avenue

or DONATE ONLINE: (secure Toys for Tots link) and mark the checkbox for "I'm donating on behalf of a company or organization" and enter "IL-Warrenville" as the "Organization Name"

The City's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness Commissions observes National Native American Month, American Indian Month, Alaskan Native Heritage Month in November.

Police are enforcing speed limits around Bower Elementary School after receiving complaints about speeding drivers.

Slow Down, Drivers: Let's Keep School Zones Safe 

The Warrenville Police Department has received several traffic complaints about speeding on River Road and stop sign violations near Warren Avenue and Forestview Drive during Bower Elementary’s drop-off and pick-up times.

To help keep students and neighbors safe, officers will be increasing enforcement in these areas. 

Please take a moment to:

• Follow the posted 30 mph speed limit on River Road

• Come to a complete stop at all stop signs

• Stay alert for children and crossing guards

The Veterans Day ceremony is Tuesday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. at the Veteran's Memorial on Stafford Place near City Hall.

The VFW, VFW Auxiliary, American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary, and Sons of the American Legion will hold the annual Veterans Day ceremony on Tuesday, November 11.
