Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan
The purpose of the plan is to identify activities that can be undertaken by both public and private sectors to reduce safety, health and property issues caused by natural hazards.  The plan fulfills the federal mitigation planning requirements for mitigation funding and provides a blueprint for actions to reduce the impacts of natural and man-made hazards.  The original plan was developed in 2006, updated in 2012 and 2018.  The plan is required to be updated every 5 years.  Below is a link to the 2018 plan.
