BP/Dunkin' Donuts Restaurant and Drive-thru

On October 17, 2016, the City Council approved revised PUD plans for remodel of the existing approximately 4,275-square foot BP gas station/convenience store located at 28W125 Warrenville Road to accommodate a Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant/drive-thru, and related site improvements (Ordinance #3038). On February 16, 2018, a Building Permit for the remodeling was issued and construction began. On August 23, 2018, the Plan Commission approved the Applicant's request for landscape relief to the previously approved landscape plan dated April 20, 2018, and a Minor PUD Amendment for outdoor seating. A new public hearing before the Plan Commission took place on January 10, 2019, to consider a petition for approval of a Major PUD Amendment that would allow height reduction of a transitional yard fence. (Legal Notice) The Plan Commission recommended approval of the request; it will be considered at the January 21, 2019, City Council meeting.
