Request for a Major Planned Unit Development Amendment for a building addition.

 

2.        3S286 Talbot Ave / Marcin Miekina / Truck Repair Special Use and Variance Located at the northwest corner of Butterfield Frontage Rd and Talbot Ave

                        (Public Hearing)

Request for approval of a truck repair special use permit and a front yard setback variance for a truck repair business. The Applicant submitted a request to continue this public hearing to the June 6 Plan Commission meeting.


  3.         MaeCliff Drive / D.R. Horton, INC. – Midwest / Cantera Point Townhomes Located between MaeCliff Dr, Warrenville Rd, and Ferry Rd

                        (Public Hearing)

Request for approval of a final plat of subdivision, amendment to the Cantera Development Control Regulations, redesignation of the underlying use from Commercial Center Use to Multi-Family Use, and a Major Planned Unit Development Amendment with Site-Specific Amendments from the Cantera Development Control Regulations.

Review and discussion of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments to permit various automobile related uses as special uses in the M-1 Light Manufacturing zoning district.
