DuPage County Seeks Help with Disaster Planning

DuPage County wants to know how it can better prepare you for disasters. You're invited to a public meeting March 21, held by the DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (OHSEM), and you can help the county update its emergency plans by answering a voluntary online survey.

Meeting: Tuesday, March 21, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. DuPage County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management, 418 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton 

Agenda:

  • review the potential hazards that could occur within the County
  • give feedback on the various mitigation measures intended to eliminate or reduce the negative impact of those hazards

Survey: Are you prepared for the next disaster? Let the County know! 

  • feedback from the confidential 10-minute survey will let the county better serve residents and businesses before, during, and after an emergency or disaster.
