Trailhead Grand Opening Ceremony July 27

* The Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Illinois Prairie Path Trailhead Project is 2:00-4:00 p.m. Thursday, July 27 north of City Hall, 28W701 Stafford Place.

* The ribbon cutting will occur at 2:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

Public Meeting on City Zoning Code Update August 9

* The City will update its zoning code to attract private sector investment and provide different types of housing in key areas of the community.

* There is a public meeting from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 9 in City Hall Council Chambers, 28W701 Stafford Place.

* At this meeting, members of the public will learn about Phase One of the process and have the chance to comment.

* Asia will work with the WHS Museum on a series of events, displays, and artist demos through April 2024.

* Asia has lived in Warrenville for almost 19 years. Her creative talent was discovered when she was six years old, and she has been driven by her passion ever since.
