Curfew applies to minors who are under the age of 17.  Curfew hours are, with few exceptions:

Saturday ("Friday night")
12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. 
Sunday ("Saturday night")
12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. 
Sunday ("Sunday night") through Thursday
 11:00 p.m. through Friday morning at 6:00 a.m.
