City renovations on the water tower at Country Ridge Drive/Maple Terrace began in July and most work is complete. Maguire Iron is the contractor.
The work included:
- repairing the water tower
- removing exterior paint
- painting the interior and exterior of the water tower, and adding the new City logo
Cellular carriers built a temporary tower onsite to relocate their equipment from the water tower. The temporary tower will be removed and relocated to the water tower.
The City will collect water samples and have an accredited lab analyze those before returning the water tower into service.
