After participating in a courtesy review and submitting initial documentation, the Plan Commissioners expressed their general support for the proposed development, with a number of conditional comments. The applicant formally submitted revised documentation on August 25, 2022. The public hearing process which was continued to the November 10, 2022 Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals, received unanimous positive recommendation to the City Council. On Monday, November 21, 2022 the City Council issued zoning approval for this redevelopment proposal.
