The City of Warrenville has awarded the 2024 Road Program contract to Geneva Construction. The work for this project includes driveway, sidewalk, and roadway improvements. The curb and gutter will be completely removed and replaced, and the roads resurfaced throughout the project limits. The project limits are:
- Branch Avenue: Illinois Route 59 to Continental Drive
- Everett Court
- Roxbury Court
- Waltham Court
- Salem Court
- Lexington Court
- Lynn Court
Surveyors from HBK Engineering will be out on the week of August 5 to mark construction limits to prepare for roadway work, which will begin the week of August 12.

Residents who have any special accessibility concerns for their home or business that should be considered during construction this summer should contact us in advance so we can understand your needs and work with the contractor to address them. Access to most driveways along the project corridor will be impacted at some point during construction this summer. Residents will receive a separate notice before their driveway access is impacted.
