The Special Olympics Illinois Polar Plunge event is taking place on Saturday, March 11, at 12:00 p.m., in the City Hall Stafford Place parking lot. Team Warrenville will consist of Police Department and Fire District personnel who will be taking the icy dive-pool plunge in support of SOI’s amazing athletes!
The team has set their donations goal at $1,700 and, so far, has raised $630! You can help support the SOI athletes and encourage plungers to take the plunge by donating online through SOI’s secure website. Just follow the link below or scan the QR code and click on the Team Warrenville “♥Roster” tab, then click on any team members’ donation icon and follow the steps. As always, donations will be accepted at the event and all donations (made either monetarily or through merchandise purchases) will go directly to SOI in support of the athletes!
