[ARCHIVED] May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month image for the 988 suicide and crisis hotline.

Mental Health Awareness Month, is a time to educate the community and reduce mental health stigma. It's okay not to be okay, but it is important to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness in ourselves and others to get the help we need.

Some people suffer in silence, so always remember to be kind and check up on your friends and family.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, text REACH to 741-741 or call 988 for crisis support.
