If you own assault weapons, assault weapon attachments, .50 caliber rifles, and .50 caliber cartridges, as outlined in the Protect Illinois Communities Act, you need to submit an enforcement affidavit through your Firearm Owner’s Identification Card account before January 1, 2024.
