The City of Warrenville has awarded the contract for the 2025 Summer Road Program to Schroeder Asphalt Services. This project will improve roads, driveways, and sidewalks along:
- Sanchez Drive: Batavia Rd to Branch Ave
- Arlington Court
- Arbury Court
- Glenhurst Court
- Avondale Court
- Elmwood Court
- Greenbrook Court
Construction is expected to cause some impacts to driveway access at times.

Residents who have any special accessibility concerns for their home or business that should be considered during construction this summer should contact us in advance so we can understand your needs and work with the contractor to address them. Access to most driveways along the project corridor will be impacted at some point during construction this summer. Residents will receive a separate notice before their driveway access is impacted.
