[ARCHIVED] National Night Out Against Crime Event

National Night Out Against Crime 2022 (reduced Image)

Residents are invited to come join in the fun at this year's National Night Out Against Crime event held in Cerny Park on Tuesday, August 2nd.  This outdoor celebration begins at 5:00 p.m. and goes through 9:00 p.m.  Some of the evening's FREE FUN includes face painting, music, a food truck meal (which requires your wristband stub received at the marked entrance to the park), a K9 demonstration, and lots of local business vendor giveaways.  Don't forget to look for the police department's tent to pick up a NNO beach ball or a mood changing drink cup while supplies last!

Take this moment to celebrate with the Police Department and community businesses the spirit, successes, and cooperative determination it takes to keep our growing City neighborhoods safe for everyone!

More information on how NNO began and how far it's come is available through the National Association of Town Watch (NATW) website.
