How to Apply for a License in Warrenville Using BSA Online

The City of Warrenville now uses BSA Online for all license applications. Whether you’re applying for a business license, rental license, or another permit, follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Go to the BSA Online Portal

Visit: https://bsaonline.com/Home/MunicipalityHome?uid=3197

You should see the City of Warrenville’s portal homepage.

Step 2: Create an Account

Before you can apply for a license, you need to create a free account.

Click "Currently Not Signed In" in the upper right corner

Choose "Register"

Fill in your name, email, and password details

Check your email to confirm your new account

Step 3: Log In

Once your account is confirmed, log in using your email and password.

Step 4: Navigate to Online Application

Click on the Business Owner Tab

Manage Businesses

You should now see a Business Pin page

Two lines underneath said Business Pin box, you will see an "Apply for License" button. Click.

Step 5: Apply for Business Registration or License

Choose the license type you need (e.g. Business License, Business Registration, Raffle License, etc.)

Complete the online application

Upload any required documents

Submit payment (if applicable)

You will receive a confirmation once your application is submitted
