The City will upgrade operating software and launch a mobile app in the spring to provide better service to our community.

The app will be an on-the-go connection for City resources, news, and more from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

This app can be used to:

• report potholes
• pay your utility bill
• search for jobs
• view the City calendar and events
• get City news
• search City meeting agendas
• and more

Staff must first test the new billing software and app, and this will lead to delays for permit applications at the end of April and early May.

If you pay your utility bill in-person at City Hall, you will take payments to the Police Department during the testing period.
