Project Status:
The public hearing for this project began at the April 24, 2025, Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals meeting. The public hearing was continued at the July 10, 2025, Plan Commission meeting. The project was continued again to the August 21, 2025, Plan Commission meeting where the project received a recommendation of approval. The project is scheduled for a procedural vote to prepare, not approve, an ordinance for the project at the October 6 City Council meeting. A vote to approve the project will take place at the October 20, City Council meeting.
